In continuation of our "Alumni Quotes Series by PIMA-UAE", we would like to introduce a leading Alumnus, Mr Kusal Nanayakkara, MBA, AIQSSL, MAIQS, FCMI. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who holds corporate memberships from professional Quantity Surveying Institutions of Sri Lanka, Australia and the UK, and a fellow membership from the Chartered Management Institute in the UK. Kusal has over three decades of professional experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration in Sri Lanka and the UAE, and presently performs as the Commercial and Contracts Manager at JC Maclean International FZCo in Dubai. He is a past pupil of Ananda College, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Kusal is an Executive Board Member (the Editor) of the Sri Lankan Professionals Association in the UAE, and was a Board Member (2006-2008) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - UAE. He is the Immediate Past President (2018-2020) of the Postgraduate Institute of Management Alumni - UAE (PIMA-UAE), and has immensely contributed to the elevation of the Alumni to its current state.
